Privacy policy
Effective Date: January 17, 2026
At DomCrush, privacy is not a feature — it’s the default. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use DomCrush.com (the “Service”).
Questions? Email support@domcrush.com.
1) The Big Promise (Privacy by Default)
Your inputs, prompts, files, and results (“User Content”) are private and meant to be seen only by you inside your account. We do not publish your content, and we do not share it with other users.
The only exceptions are limited and practical: we may access content only when necessary to (a) provide support at your request, (b) investigate abuse/security incidents, or (c) comply with legal obligations. Access is restricted and logged where possible.
2) Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run DomCrush:
Account info: email, login credentials (stored securely), and settings you choose.
Usage & device info: IP address, device/browser type, logs, timestamps, token usage, and approximate location derived from IP.
User Content: what you submit and what the Service generates for you (stored so you can use the Service).
Purchase info: token pack purchase confirmations, transaction IDs, and limited billing metadata from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies: essential cookies for login and core features; optional analytics cookies if enabled.
3) How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Run the Service and deliver features you request
- Secure accounts, prevent fraud, and protect the platform
- Process token pack purchases and apply tokens to your account
- Provide customer support and respond to messages
- Improve reliability and performance
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
4) How We Share Information (We Keep It Tight)
We share information only when needed to operate DomCrush:
Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email/support tooling, analytics (if enabled) — under confidentiality and security obligations.
Payment processors: to complete purchases.
Legal/safety: if required by law or to protect users and the Service.
Business transfers: if DomCrush is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Security Measures
We take security seriously and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as:
- Access controls (least-privilege)
- Monitoring and abuse prevention
- Secure credential handling
- Encryption and secure transport where applicable
No service can guarantee perfect security, but we work hard to protect your data.
6) Data Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, keep it secure, resolve disputes, and meet legal/accounting requirements. You can request deletion (see below), subject to required retention.
7) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing, and request portability.
To request this, email support@domcrush.com.
8) International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries different from where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
9) Children
DomCrush is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law).
10) Changes
If we update this Policy, we’ll post the new version on DomCrush.com with an updated effective date.
