These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DomCrush.com and the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.
1) What DomCrush Is
DomCrush is a SaaS product that provides features you can use with token packs. There is no subscription. You purchase tokens as one-time purchases and spend them as you use paid features.
2) Account Responsibility
You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login details safe and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access: support@domcrush.com.
3) Token Packs (Important)
- Token packs are digital credits used to access paid features.
- Prices, token amounts, and how many tokens features cost are shown at checkout or in the Service and may change over time.
- Tokens are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not a currency.
- We may suspend accounts or remove tokens involved in fraud, abuse, or chargebacks (where permitted by law).
4) Your Content Stays Yours (and Private by Default)
You keep ownership of your User Content. DomCrush only receives a limited right to process and store it to provide the Service, keep it secure, and enforce these Terms.
Your content is intended to be visible only to you in your account. We don’t make it public or share it with other users. Limited staff access may occur only for support you request, security/abuse investigations, or legal compliance.
5) Acceptable Use
Don’t use DomCrush to: break the law, violate rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, bypass security/rate limits, or commit fraud/abuse. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service and users.
6) Intellectual Property
The Service (software, design, trademarks, branding) belongs to DomCrush and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit it except as allowed by law and these Terms.
7) Third-Party Services
Payments and some infrastructure may be handled by third parties. Their terms may apply to their services.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMCRUSH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. DOMCRUSH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOMCRUSH IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (UNLESS LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE).
10) Termination
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or legal compliance.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DomCrush is established, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
12) Changes
If we change these Terms, we’ll post the updated version with a new effective date. Continuing to use DomCrush means you accept the update.
