Refund policy
Effective Date: January 17, 2026
We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy applies to token pack purchases on DomCrush.com.
1) General Rule
Token packs are digital credits delivered immediately (or made available right after purchase). All token pack purchases are final and non-refundable once tokens are credited, except where required by law.
2) When We’ll Refund (or Fix It)
We will review and may refund or re-credit tokens if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- Tokens were not delivered due to a verified technical problem and we can’t fix delivery
- There was an unauthorized transaction and we confirm it after review
- A refund is required under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights)
3) How to Request a Review
Email support@domcrush.com with:
- Your account email
- Purchase date and transaction ID/receipt
- What happened (and screenshots if helpful)
Please contact us within 14 days of the charge when possible. Older requests may be denied unless law requires otherwise.
4) Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate. Where permitted by law, we may revoke tokens tied to the disputed payment.
5) Timing
If approved, refunds go back to the original payment method when possible. Banks/payment providers control processing time.
